The challenge is how to get the best deal. Contestants meet the dealers who offer cash for an item. The seller must decide whether to accept the guaranteed money or risk fortune or failure in the auction room. Of course, placing one's trust in a positive auction outcome is a gamble in itself! Will they make the right choice?

Jan bugs me. Always trying to get something for nothing. If she asks what they want the money for and they say something small she knocks them down more. What the hell does it have to do with her.? What if I was buying from her and I said 'I know you are out to make a fat profit, but I think a tenner is enough?' I was right with the tobacco jar man. No way would I have let her have it. She doesn't know that much either, because hardly anyone (except Ian) ever looks at things properly. They don't check marks, they don't ask if things work, it is such a bunch of Flea Market chancers! But I find her and that other mouthy woman rude. I know it is all staged, but that is all the more reason to play nice Her 'You would have got your money back' jibe was petty. The Mean Squeal. lol!
