"Drama Club" is about rumours and drama in the school, and you get involved into it, but you never signed up for the drama. "Everyone's so sensitive", she means that everyone overreacts to much. This song can so mean she doesn't want to live her life speaking with script, she wants to be her own self, not fake.
"Show And Tell" is a song about her trying to show her pain, and how it's hard to express her feelings as an artist, and stress. "They keep taking pictures of me when I ask no more" means that she doesn't want to be in the spotlight all the time, and she wants some space.

Feeling pressured when Melanie sees herself being constantly judged for everything she says. While she tries to live her own life, those around her get stuck and hold petty grudges.
