I wanted to know what Ty put in that letter. I don't know about you, but if Ty leaves the series, I'll stop watching and I'll be reviewing the 13 seasons forever, lol. There is no way to continue watching the series if you don't have this couple building their lives together. It is amazing how these two actors (Graham Wardle and Amber Marshall), for 13 years managed to convince thousands of people that it is still possible to have true love. A love that began in adolescence, went through some ups and downs and managed to get stronger and stronger each day. The respect, the admiration, the complicity, the love that exists between them is just wonderful. And that would not be possible if it weren't for the perfect chemistry that exists between the actors. The way they look at each other, the way they hug each other, is perfect.
I also agree with your desire to know what Ty said to Amy in that letter. Whether it was postive (he wanted to follow her example and reconnect with his absentee father) or negative (he didnt feel good enough for her and she would be better off without him) it would still be good for viewers to know what he said. As for this video, it certainly takes you back to the real Heartland and why people fell in love with this series to begin with. It was in this early part of the series that Amy actually said "I was wrong. Please stay". As soon as Amy no longer had to apologize for her mistakes/betrayals her image was severely damaged and viewers couldnt sympathize with her as much anymore. The saddest part of Ty's death is the continued insults/injustices the producers put upon him. Having Amy not bury him in the family cemetary and give him a headstone where Lynday could visit him was just terrible. I am afraid that this action was directed more at Graham than it was at Ty. I definitely believe Graham was fired for pushing to be allowed to get more experience as a producer and for his political views / statements about Covid 19 shutdowns. That is a sad reflection on the Hearland producers.

Good question. I have also wondered why the script writers dont let us know what Ty said. They could have easily done a voice over in Tys voice as Amy read the letter to herself. My suspicion is that Ty told her that he wanted to try to reconnect with his dad just like Amy was reconnecting with her dad. THat is something Amy could relate to . It also makes Ty look good rather than the bad guy that the writers seemed to want to portray him as. updated comment: forget the "voice over". The song is playing while Amy reads the letter and that is the best part of every episode. Still, based on how Amy reacts it appears something disturbing is said in the letter. Amy looks away and her brow ruffles a litlte. This is important enough that the script writers needed to let viewers know what was said.
