Ahh yes. That system is the home of the bullshark in this local area.. when targeting the bigger class Barra it’s now basically impossible to get one in the boat. Over the Last 3-4 Years have lost about 50 fish over the meter mark to sharks all throughout the river.. not to mention all the other sized barras. Pretty much nearly impossible now. When side scanning around you can just see an count the bullsharks lol. And some are bigger than your boat! One day there will be an incident with a human an a shark in that river. It’s just a matter of time.

G'day mate. That 2nd Barra was a bloody nice one. Mate I'm sitting here all the way down south and I got a hell of a start when that shark come up. You wouldn't want to twiddle your toes in there. Was that Nth of T'ville that river you were in? It looks familiar when my son and I used to go out a river and the mouth to an island north again from the outlet. Bloody nice fish.

I used to use 2 achors but it was a pain in the arse so I lashed out and got a Min Kota Electric and havent looked back. So easy to use, just press the achor button and you do not move, perfect. It did cost $4100 though but my back isnt that good due to all of the parachuting I did in the Army so its a godsend for me

    • @returnoutdoors2210
