    A true small-town post. And only three months before Mt. St. Helens blew its top and plunged Yakima into darkness. I’ve been waiting for a post like this. Thanks so much!😊

      @@M167A1 I was in the 4th grade. This was five days before the “Miracle on Ice,” February 22, 1980. One of Al Michaels’ most iconic early calls.

    I didn't realise you could still advertise smokeless tobacco products on TV as late as 1980 in the USA.
