getting shiny in 1 arrow = 1% (Let's forget about the pity) so getting no shiny in 1 arrow = 99% and 100 arrow without shiny = 99% to the power 100 = around 36.603% so the chance of getting shiny in 100 arrow is around 63.4% which is quite nice (even without pity tho)

900 arrows = 1 lucky arrow. Most common shiny is 1/1000 and lucky arrows give you a 90% chance at a shiny. 90 percent of 1000 is 900.
Max pity is 5% so the max of arrows you can use to increase pity is 250
