I have one doubt that say for example mr A director/owner of xyz ltd now from xyz ltd mr A is being paid salary of 50k monthly as director salary and xyz ltd pays tax as per taxation laws so now my question is do mr A also need to pay file income tax return as individual capacity ?

Lekin kuchh log consolidated bhi banate hai.. aap ke upar hai.. maan lo.. Tution fees agar dete hai tab ye personal expenses hai.. jiska 80c me chhut hai.. Isko business me dikhana sahi nahi lagta.. isliye isko capital me se ghata dete hai.. jaise drawing..
Baaki kuchh log pura capital ac hi balance sheet me dikhate hai.. apna personal choice hai..
