Road Trip Ja! At the Community Centre in Blenheim Community of the First Prime Minister of Jamaica.

This is actually the Blenheim Community Centre in Hanover, which has hardly been used for all the years since it was erected/constructed.

Good evening. Quite an interesting road trip, but you were just 2min walk from Bustamante's house. The picture being commented on is the community center in Blenhiem. Bustamante's home is built from wood, and thatch roof. There's also a tour guide at the historic site. Such a pity you went so far and not accomplished your mission.
