- Hey there, my fellow crafty angels! Welcome back to Hollie Hobbies, where we turn everyday materials into magical creations. Today, I have an enchanting project in store for you - DIY angel wings! Get ready to spread your creativity and soar to new heights! 🪽😇
For this heavenly project, you'll need a few key materials:
2 rolls of 10x10yd white poly burlap mesh ( I would recommend 3 rolls just to have extra just in case)
4 rolls 10 in deco mesh in 4 different colors
2 Dollar Tree carrot wreath forms
1 6in round wreath frame ( If you can’t find you can cut down an 8in wire frame)
1 sheet plastic 5 mesh 13.6in x 22.6in
Zip ties that fit into the mesh holes
Ribbon, greenery, florals of your choice for the center

Great instructions. I especially appreciate the info for left handed burning. I burn mesh with left hand but do rotary cutting with right! Made this over the weekend, just have to decide what to put in the middle.

I'm definitely going to try doing your beautiful wing ideal out... I've been searching for different styles of angel wings my daughter just had a girlfriend a long time friend passed away unexpectedly.... Still so young an had many more yrs to go ...left 2 precious little girls which are probably are heart broken..my daughter will be having family an close friends at her home an I thought this would be perfect to make an set on a table scape Lso I'm doing a cross .. ..her girls can take home an hang in memory of their mother...it's so gorgeous... I looked everywhere on your list of crafting supplies you said you use in these tutorials. NO where is the 5-count canvas 13.6 x 22.6 listed. I saw 7 count but smaller. So thats what I bought, Guess I'll try to hot glue 2 pieces together and make it work.
Those I use to make my flower wreath centers and other crafts for different tutorials. They have the big sheet at Hobby Lobby. I will look on Amazon and add that size as well.
I'm sorry if I missed it in the video, But how many petals did you end up using per side?
Would had been so helpful telling how many of each color to cut. When you are hearing impaired you try to look and read at the same time, did I miss the count?
