Being in a small market in tasmania austrlaia it has been really refreshing that there is no competition. There is enough money for everyone so losing them to someone that will take care of them is awesome.

He didn't say "C'mon in, its On Firm time"

I just got fired from client. And yelled at and bad review online. It's my only review. It shook me. Can we talk about that?

Yikes, dude. That's my biggeest fear. I went through a mini-purge in September. I asked about 30 clients to leave. Only one called me upset. As you look around and listen to other practitioners you will find this is a very small percentage. Don't let it stop you from changing.

So give your crappy/difficult clients to another firm you're partnering with? Ouch

My thoughts exactly - wonder what that partner firm would think of it.

Sometimes C & D clients can mean that, for me it was more often they just didn't fit our model anymore. Otherwise no, I wouldn't recommend sending stinkers to other pro's (within reason)
