It is def underrated. Most people only talks about luffy moukou or the very very strongest or overtaken. tbh my fav is luffy moukou but this ost is soooo good. Sadly we never heard this ost again...It was only for that scene.

The reason is they only play the best songs in the REALLY EPIC moments, and those are far in between all the goofy fun moments. Its not like Fairy Tail, Naruto, Haikyu where you hear them every episode

This whole saga to me made the transition from being an outstanding anime to be one of the greatest cultural piece of work ever made in recent history. I had such a blast when I watched for the first time and always looking forward to this one when I rewatch the whole manga.
The greatness of this OST can be attributed to the fact it has never been used before or after this in the series, just makes it that much more special. Its so epic.
Water 7 and Enies Lobby are my favorite arcs in the entire series. As good as Marine Ford was I think this one is better. Simple because this is the first time we see the Straw Hats go under so much emotional distress. Luffy vs Usopp, Going Merry, Robin, CP9 and just how everything got bad for them.
I just finished the water 7 arc. It was the best arc ive seen yet! This ost is epic! Luffy having Sogeking shoot through the world government flag was the most badass moment I’ve seen in one piece up to this point! Luffy having yanko energy. This arc was a masterpiece… One Piece is special(I’m a huge Naruto fan btw). I’m so glad I started watching it!

When the trio is escorted by one or two of the rest of the crew, you might as well pray. When it's the entire God damned Straw-Hat crew that walks up to your turf and stares you down, you’re about to receive an ass-whooping that will go down in history. (this was done twice: CP9, and then again vs the Fishmen pirates... In both cases it wasn't just an ass-kicking, it changed the course of history).
