you need to make a new account. It sounds weird, but a fresh account will allow you to rise up faster in ranks, since the system is not sure how good you really are. This added fluidity will make climbing easier, as long as you keep that high win rate.
You activate it yourself and you have to listen to Vyse’s voice lines when you do. Pretty sure she says “got a hit” if anyone is flashed and “nothing’s there” if no one gets flashed.
