Interested to hear about why your losing the use of the ramp ?, and also, a set of canards would work really well on the front of that. German traffic police are tough: Lowered suspension, funny led lights, wrong size rims, stretched tires, custom exhaust and air filter, and as you say not approved headlights. And you get a ticket!! Luckily as a foreigner, I've never been bothered, so Miller might be allright driving through Germany.

Love the new lights mate, and the front lip! I should think about putting a front lip and yellow-tinting my front fogs...did you ever do a video on that? I don't recall one, or am I mis-remembering? I've heard some people have luck with tint film, and others have used a spray-on paint...not sure which is best! Sadly, there are no projector headlights for my car either and they are illegal to run here even if I had some made. Factory modified housings are illegal here, sadly, due to the fact the beam pattern in a modified light was never officially tested to meet requirements. Happy Holidays to you and yours my friend! :D
The projector is only dipped beam, what about main beam?????? Is this legal for the MOT as the lights do not have “E” markings??? Pretty sure you need main beams for the MOT
The projectors can be both main and dip! They're fitted as standard on my dad's Skoda Roomster, and a mod I was considering for my Transit Connect!! I understand what you mean about the 'E' marking though! Thankfully my Connect already has clear lenses. I just have to build up the courage to start the requisite surgery! :-O
Using LED H1 bulbs isn't legal in the UK so having an E marking or not on the projector itself makes no difference as it contravenes the type approval for the car. In theory anything which affects type approval can also invalidate insurance so for the small advantage you get using LEDs to get a bit more light and a cool look it could be more trouble than its worth.
Yellow foglights, or yellow bulbs in foglights are oodles better in the fog! White light reflects badly, and the brighter/whiter the light, the worse it gets! So, if you have 'ordinary' fogs, try putting the yellow bulbs in first. Readily available from pretty much anywhere that sells car bulbs, including Amazon, ebay, and Halfords! :-)

Lip looks awesome. Was unsure about the lights. Thought they’d look tacky. But my word they set the car off
Projector headlamps changes the angry look for surprised robot! Some grind down the rifling down inside the original lenses, which is a lot of work.

Personally i would have sanded and rounded the edges of the splitters middle piece
