Where have you been all my life! please upload more videos. thank you so much for your help,
Glad you found it helpful.
Hey Steve, great video. Can you explain why you used pre-tax cashflows instead of post tax in the real npv calculation?
Greetings Tutor, I hope you are doing well. Can you please help with the follow query.
Why didn't we deflated the TAD Savings at the general inflation rate? In order to calculate the Real Cash Flow?
Learned something new with the general inflation aspect. Thanks, Steve!
Glad it was helpful!
Hi Steve please make more videos for acca fm theory questions. I am struggling very much 😞
OK!
The vid was really helpful. Thank You. The way everything was rounded up in the book really confused me. I just have one querry- The working for inflation that you did in the begining... can we directly show that in the formula ?
Glad it was helpful! Absolutely you can do that in the equation. Just be careful the bigger the formula the more like it is to have an error. And, you want to help the marker go down their checklist, so breaking steps out never hurts.
was struggling to find the real-time cash flow, thanks, Steve!!
Glad it helped.
Exam tomorrow! Just want to double check the NPV function still gets full marks? On the marking scheme there is 1 mark for discount factors, which is how I used to format the calc by entering each one from the pv tables. The function clearly saves time. Thanks!
Yes! Full marks with the spreadsheet function. You can read that in the recent examiner's reports, also. Good luck tomorrow!
Thanks 🙏 for your new FM video, before CBE!
You're welcome
