High fructose corn syrup is just bad in general. I'm hearing that the Mexican Coca-Cola is moving to high fructose corn syrup in the futre, because more Mexicans are drinking more and more coke everyday.
Great video. If you want to make a thick burger, just put a few thin ones together. They will cook quicker and don't have that problem of being uncooked in the middle. If you want thick burger to be cooked well, have a siver cap the that George was using to do the bread and cheese cooking for several minutes each side.
