Dark magician toy box can do it easily. Only limiting factor is king of the swamp, but you could run fusion armament for BEUD. Then just predaplant dump for dragoon. I’ve done it a lot, but I’ve also been gamed by sphere mode 3x in a row…..

Dragoon is peak design for Omni negate boss monster, cause the negate have a real cost attached to it and there's a risk for running it outside of its archetype, unlike Baronne where it's literally better everywhere other than the Fleur archetype
the craziest thing they could do is have special finishing animations for boss monsters and i swear i would finish everyone with gandora's boundless gigarays or just lose the match
i crafted my first copy of dragoon and managed to pull two in a row on my second ten pack opening, currently have a dark magician deck that runs all three but im running a shining sarcophagus deck that plays dragoon in it and its actually really fun
Since you're bypassing the destroy one/inflict damage ability of dragoon, it is way easier to bring it out with Eye of Timaeus, that way you don't need any dragon card just dark magician, so if you open with it and sarc or gadget trio then you have Dragoon out guaranteed turn 1.
Is it possible to build a Yu-Gi and Pharaoh combo deck that includes Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon? And appreciate your deck building. IU haven't played the game in years but I enjoy the videos and collecting my favorite cards . and congrats on being a champion
Great minds! My deck is almost identical but instead of crow I have droll also add stronghold hidden fortress at least 1 is must as a combo when gadget trio is banished (set straight from deck) it's a free pop if you're attacked plus an attack multiplier, kinda busted trap 100
No lie, and no hate, I busted this same decks ass with a tenpai deck like 3 times. The way I do it is, once I see dragoon coming out, my turn, I hit em with that sangen summoning , let dragoons effect resolve, and then drop that fallen of albaz into mirrorjade now dragoon is gone, or I use a burner magic card to let his effect resolve, and hit him with triple tactics and take him for myself when he’s at like 4-5k attack and also use his effects. That’s using a modified version of your tenpai dragon deck.
I think people are just hating this deck is legitimately not that terrible. Mostly bc you can play a bunch of hand traps and still have decent 1 card combos
You're trolling, Baronne is literally better than Dragoon since it's easier to make, doesn't require you to run two bricks and the Omni negate doesn't force you to discard a card
Ghost Ogre doesn’t negate at all, it simply only destroys. It removed the body from the field essentially. That and getting rid of continuous effects instantly is what it’s used for. No extra deck summons for the opponent if the monster isn’t on the field.

What about the true draco deck lol with masterpeace the true draco but without extra deck and some effect negating traps like skilldrain or monarch traps, summining limit or else would break this deck by ease
The eye spell card cannot be searched by dark magician support, so there’s almost no point whatsoever in running it, especially with master duel’s banlist where you can make an entire board of boss monsters that’ll be near impossible to get over, with Dragoon being one of them.

I would agree but Eye is not searchable. It's not part of the combo. You cannot rely on chance.

You use the level up effect of gandora and the silent levels. Eventually you will end up with two 8s on field, even more if you actually plan for it
