Yes, and it's already done twice per lap RTA, with a much lower efficiency. Technically, the part from the 1st turn after cannon to the first right turn down the mountain is doable RTA. You can't RFH ofc, but you can still keep a lot of momentum (and stay at 120km/h). Then carrying speed on the turn to the right wouldn't be hard, but keeping your speed for the turn to the left is absolutely impossible RTA.
Not really, you would get to much air, and miss on the strat for the next turn. It can be faster if you get a very low trick from the side of the ramp, and manage to get the next turn correctly tho.

Mario Kart Wii will forever remain as the most inferior Mario Kart to ever exist. It changed the course of Mario Kart for the worse. Mario Kart DS remains supreme. Would tricking off of the 2nd ramp be faster RTA for Karts? I use it as a backup strat for bikes.
