    Just by giving up everything mentally like thoughts, feelings, body images as stored in our mind we r reaching to our true place, centre, pure self but how to give up, clinging is so strong

    Ohhhh. Ah. That's so obvious now! I've been trying to get this for months! Watching alot of Rupert Spira and understanding but not at all understanding. I was still looking for the I, I was still standing as a body. But yes. If you lose your sense of I in objective experience. If you treat the separate self like an outside object where naturally you would say it's not you. You would undoubtedly know the real you. Cause when everything is eliminated, it will just trace you back to the being that can't be eliminated cause it's you. It's logical!

    I could feel a source of light by the end, just before that it was like I am the ocean and the sky. Well, I honestly sat down to just listen and be with myself for some time, to see what is going on in the head, even better is to just stop for a while and simply be.
    Thank you

      @@DarkAngel2512 It's not switching of thoughts. It's letting experience be as it is without having a sense of self with it.

    'Pay attention to the sense of yourself, but don’t put any pictures to it. Because no picture belongs here now. Can you experience yourself without pictures, without a self-image? Can you know yourself without a self-image? You just know that you are, isn’t it?!' #Mooji

    If this get answered, is there a more direct, technical way of losing the sense of I in thought, sensations.
    I feel like I need to try letting them be and view them as other, as I had with a book, or a spoon all my life. How can I do that when the sense of I feels sowed on?

    Yes, but it is so boring to just observe. And it just feels empty. Am I doing this wrong?

    • @AurelioYuga
      @AurelioYuga  7 лет назад +4

      Listened to Adya a short while ago. He was talking about the same. The mind just cannot accept that this emptiness is that which you are.
      I have/had the same issue. The question is: This is it?! Really?!
      At the same time I just see that it is a comment of my mind and I am fine with it. I don't give so much attention to my mind's chatter.
      It just takes some time to get 'accustomed' to one's true nature, since we so heavily relied on our mind in the past.

    Can a person feel that, after he or she die?

    • @Chaninees
      @Chaninees 7 лет назад

      David Onh The person won't be there to experience this feeling, for he or she is dead.
      But the Being will move on, will always exist.
