Grateful if you could also help explain how to define the variable which has multiple response such as the "Tick all that apply" I have a questionnaire of that kind and want to create the ques file.

But what makes it deffer from Epi Info?
I prefer Epi Info because it has android apk and we can use easily our android device loaded with Epi Info form for electronic data collection.

Waoo very interesting. Sorry Can any one help me this challenges am facing please.
1. I prepared the qes file and started recording data. After i reach about 30 questionnaires I discovered that I skipped some numbers when naming variables eg insteady of V04000105 I named it V07000105. Please may any one help me so that the changes may effect all the files from V01000105. It is real challenging me here.
2. Is it possible to import files from excel to epidata?

hi.. Just make changes in the original .qes file and just save ( click floppy sign in the tool bar)…. That's it.... later if you open the .rec file to enter the data, the changes would have happened there...
