I am experimenting with full-range paper speaker break-in with this. 5Hz seems too slow, 15Hz doesn’t give sufficient cone excursion. 10Hz is perfect. I’ve got it running now and will see what 10 hours at 10Hz does to the speakers.
was curious if the sound i was hearing was actually 10hz so I went into windows audio settings, turned on low frequency protection (to see if the tone would still play after i put the cutoff at 20hz) and it is a 10hz sound. Was very surprised that my cheap 12 could do 10hz.
I have 2 x15'' loud speakers, 2x 15 '' subs, 1x 18'' sub, 1 x21'' loud speaker, and 1x 12'' car stereo sub. its so cool to see all my speakers jack hammering at 10 hz, without any distortion!, and very little sound.
I can't explain this sound, whenever I ask people if they can hear it they say they can't, but if I turn it up they say they can feel it. I hear a very faint higher distortion from my main speakers, but my tactile plates play this easy. I can hear it and the best way I could explain it is if you were driving down the highway and the wind is hitting the car at an angle where if you had the windows open the air pressure would be lowered by you driving and being repressurized by the wind, like the difference between 20 and 30 hz except even lower, I'm not super human in fact I have a poor time focusing light.

Why are there 3 dislikes? This isn't clickbait, and is actually 10 Hz.
Tezla Grey some people thought they could play 10hz on their phone or computer speakers I guess😂
Is 10 Hz bad for the subwoofer?
@@LukeTheTrader If you play it at low volume, no. The subwoofers are made for low frequencies.
