I always get both lol in my box I chose the jingle bells ruby palette and I was so excited. When I took the palette out of its box, 2 shades were smashed and was a huge mess inside. I sent them an email and I did take pics. I so badly wanted to use it 😣

I received the same box and bag as u RHONDA lol ❤ so I my palette had 2 smashed top tow shimmer shades. So if ur looking at the palette (left to right) the 2nd and 4th. Huge mesh when I opened it. It was individually bubble wrapped. 😟
