Remove the rear subframe, clean everything, grind off the rust and weld if needed, coat it really well and paint. Change all the bushings and other parts while the subframe is off. W124 is a great car!

What model year is yours? Mine e200 94 but iam afraid of rust.
If you live where they salt road during winter or on island be sure your 124 is rusted :(
There will be a 2 holes from other side to see what inside this mount.
