Ingredients:
Over-ripe Banana - 2-3 medium
Plain flour - 1½cup (200g)
Medium Eggs - 2
Melted Butter - ⅓cup (75g)
Sugar - ¾cup (150g)
Milk - ½cup (120ml)
Baking powder - 1tsp (4g)
Baking soda - 1tsp (5g)
Cinnamon powder - ¼tsp
Vanilla essence - 1tsp (5ml)
Salt - ¼tsp
Bake at 180⁰C for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
