Farming on 4000 ha: Grünlichtenberg Farmers’ Cooperative /Germany (Claas Xerion, John Deere, Kelly)

The Grünlichtenberg Farmers’ Cooperative farms 4000 hectares in eastern Germany. For this short film, we joined them out on the field as they carried out autumn work on their arable farm. You’ll see several different tractors from Case IH and Claas and self-propelled machines in action. I like seeing the rise of shallow tillage over in Europe. I'm tired of seeing pto harrow after rotary spader and then a rototiller with a subsoiler on the same field.
