For me, the reason I can't run promotions or ads is because I apparently broke Meta's rules and policy when it comes to posts by posting a picture with a shisha (Tobbaco). I have, since, taken the post down, and I have been trying to get in touch with Meta and report the problem and resolve the issue through Instagram, but with no luck. Do you have any advice?
@carynb789 haven't been able to call, and when I submit a review through the app, I don't hear anything from them. It's strange how there are accounts upon accounts posting tobacco related things, and mine was 1 reel with a small hookah on a vacation. Ridiculous
My instagram ad account is disabled not the facebook ad account. So unlinking facebook does nothing since the instagram ad account ID is the one that is disabled unfortunately not the facebook ad account ID
