I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, chef Tom and ATBBQ really deserve more recognition. You guys makes quality cooking videos with no fluff or BS. Keep up the good work!
I love a good bread bowl. Having some chili served on a bread bowl and then you just eat the bowl, with all the remaining chili on it, that's comfort food.
your way of cooking meat (and food in general) is so far from mine here in Italy that (time ago) I've started to follow you to learn something new, attracted by your evident skills and the channel style. well, once again I'm pleased to see these skills in action also when dealing with something near to my food-culture (home bread making, italian flour and so on), because the results appear great also when I've all the experience to "judge" the outcomes. come on, you rock!
Great work! For as popular as steel wood fired ovens have become, there are not enough quality instructional videos beyond the fast-cooking pizza (specifically in steel.) Thank you! I really enjoyed this content.
The pizza oven is the Clementi 80x60 - www.atbbq.com/outdoor-kitchens/cooking/pizza-ovens/clementi-80x60-wood-fired-pizza-ovens.html. The wood grate comes with the oven. Thanks for watching!
Wow, your gonna have to do a recipe for a finished presentation of soup........your take on an amazing flame roasted, high flavour profile meat or fish chilli or stew or just flavourful soup or something....maybe like a french onion type soup but all wood fired and roasted.......thanks' chef Tom, gonna try this one out and use it to build from...
Yes, and make sure to put an oven-safe pan in there with a good amount of water. Either that, or spray water on the bread every few minutes to help develop the crunchy crust.
Hey Jason, we do love our tacos! Chef Britt tackled Lengua tacos - ruclips.net/video/oKAiRgqjr38/видео.html. Thanks for watching and for the requests. Keep them coming.
@@allthingsbbq huh, I searched and it didn’t show up in the results, but I do remember this video now. Probably forgot because I don’t have an instant pot.
Great question! I'm not sure you would have enough room in the Ooni Fyra. Plus, the oven is designed to get up to temp for pizza and it would be difficult to maintain 400°
I haven’t tried this recipe on the KJ, but I would say yes. May take some tweaking to get the bottom and top/inside perfectly cooked, but I bet it can be done. Thanks!
Really nice recipe, a lot of italian product (oil, flour, yeast and the oven :D) and how refreshing hearing about weights in grams.
Thank you!

The chili was so good I ate the bowl!

Great recipe and nice to see you smiling!
Great video as always. Love how well you explain it all.
Chef Tom making simple bread look amazing! Gotta fire up the grill and pizza stone now.
Just in time for meatless Fridays! Very grateful!!

Thank you very much!
Beautiful, well done.👍🏼
Keen to make some bread bowls when it gets cold down here in Aus.
Nice bread 👍👍👍
Patiently waiting on the clam chowder recipe video. 🇺🇸
Awesome as always. Gumbo recipe please. Thank you
Great Video! love the channel!
Great job. Makes me think about Chef Brit. Hope she's doing well.
Was just thinking that I miss her... unless she's been in an upload recently that I've missed
Chef Tom - Great video. One of the best ever. Where can one find the fire grate you used in the video. And what is that brand of pizza oven?

I would love a really great clam chowder recipe to go with these. :D
Make sure to come back Tuesday! *Spoiler Alert
@@allthingsbbq "My man"... but how Denzel Washington says it. #SNL
very nice
You have a link for the oven? Thanks!
I'm going to try this on the pellet cooker. Should work the same with a pizza stone.
I like the way you think!
Any consideration to featuring the Denver steak cut or flat iron steak cut?
Amazing video chef! What's the top temp the Clementi gets to?
About 400F or 205C.
I dont bake since its not like cooking that goes by taste and feel but i need to watch this anyway. :)
This can be cooked in the oven too right?
Yes, and make sure to put an oven-safe pan in there with a good amount of water. Either that, or spray water on the bread every few minutes to help develop the crunchy crust.
Hey Chef Tom! I know you all love your tacos. How about a tacos de lengua recipe?

What’s the maximum temp for the water before adding yeast? So not to kill the yeast? It looked really hot.
Our water might have looked hot, since it was cold out on the patio. Water at 140°F or higher is the kill zone for yeast
Can you use the ooni pellet to bake the bread ?
Great question! I'm not sure you would have enough room in the Ooni Fyra. Plus, the oven is designed to get up to temp for pizza and it would be difficult to maintain 400°
You should use that bread to do a egg in toast with a steak like a NY strip
Can you do a video with a big cut of meat like a tomahawk steak or a thick ribeye or porterhouse?
I hope that Clam Chowder reference means we've got a shower recipe coming soon.
I should've waited another 2 minutes. I can't wait for the chowder recipe!!!!
When will you do some bison videos?
Can this be done on a Kamado Joe?
I haven’t tried this recipe on the KJ, but I would say yes. May take some tweaking to get the bottom and top/inside perfectly cooked, but I bet it can be done. Thanks!
looks like the base for the ultimate Carbohydrate Bomb! Call it... "Everything" Probably serve with a side of cheese and bacon.
