- Bill Self has earned the reputation as one of the best tacticians in college basketball. In this video, we look at one of Kansas's most used plays over the years. Why the play has been so effective and how opposing defenses choose to defend it.

A lot of work must go into these videos. It definitely is worth it. The vids are great !
Bill's been doing this since at least 2007-08. Ever seen Mario's Miracle? Watch that play in totality.....it's the weave. And it's actually almost a complete failure when Sherron trips on the handoff. Still amazes me to this day how it keeps working for the most part
They ran chop there - yeah, it has some weave action
I just got a basketball signed by Bill Self.
I would love to see the 4-Man "B.S." screener pop out to deep corner for the jumpshot.
Pindown Screen and Post-up, LOVE IT.
I still remember the Morris Twins at Kansas.
As a Jayhawk fan, I'm glad we have Bill Self as our coach. Year in, and year out, a winner.
I need Bill Self to say butter more

Australian Ballscreen Motion Offense = wing player backdoor cut with corner lift for the DHO.
Can u please break down Leonard Hamilton Florida st defense in general
Wing player backdoor cut and corner player lift probably borrowed from the Australian Olympic Team's ballscreen Motion Offense. 😅😅
Quite different from Coach Self's DVD's I use in my own coaching career = 3-Out 2-In Motion Offense.
Multiple passes around the perimeter defense to soften the defense up called, "Hot Potato. "
IMO - Video would be more effective with actual play diagrams attached. This would help gain a better understanding of what their looking to accomplish.
I love point guard PASS & CUT OPPOSITE. 😅😅😅
I feel he only has one gameplan into a game. He doesn’t switch it up
Self’s favorite play: Lying to NCAA investigators.
Someone's got a complex.
haha😐😐
thought there was going to be more ncaa violation jokes in the comment section. sad
