Post covid time due to import tyres ban, KTM went with MRF for 390 series. later they brought back Metzeler H rated tyres. Still 390 comes with H rated Metzeler tyres.

He's totally right, the new RC design is total garbage... Old one with sharp nose was soo good. RC 390 has been my dream bike but i gave up buying it due to its new design. I still wait for the next design update and if its not changed, ill go for duke 390
Dani bro said that in old himlayan or scram the airbox is placed above rear tyre due to this if we cross a river or drive fast in water ,the water might enter the engine through airfilter&cause problems in it, is there any solution for that bro

Hello Revnitro, I'm planning to buy an adventure bike under 4 lakhs(Ex showroom) I'm confused between KTM Adventure 390, Himalayan 450, and BMW G310GS can you suggest a better option between these three or is there anyother good option than these three or can i wait for another year for any upcoming bikes in 2024?
I own adv 390. If you want to do 60℅ off road 40% road take 390 adv x & upgrade to adj suspension later. If you want to do 70% off road & 30% road take himalayan 450. If you want to do both offroad & on road with no restriction I would suggest you to take the upcoming adv 390 rally. Cheers 👍

@@vijayakumars5367 It's just for show off purpose. Has very Weak suspension can easily bottom out. Due to poor suspension it feels comfortable on uneven roads but once you take off the road it's crap.
Now I understood brother thank you for your suggestion. I'm not satisfied with RE's making nowadays I'm hearing about super meteor's engine fault, engine oil consumption by engine, even RE engineers couldn't resolve it and New Himalayan 450's over engine vibration and also it's a new engine in RE's line up so I'm thinking about it's reliability. Also poor after sales and service support by RE when compared to KTM. Similarly 1st Himalayan too faced this later they corrected it, RE has many manufacturing defects and it's very hard to claim parts via dealers, i heard a lot, even though I'm a RE fan boy we have a bs4 Bullet 350 of my brother's which is amazing machine by them, but i feel so hard to take decision between these, but when practically thinking about the consequences, it's going be my 1st bike so i have to think so practically and keeping away emotions. So I'm thinking of ADV 390 SW brother, will take a test drive soon....
@@vijayakumars5367 Yeah I can understand. Especially with RE you should be really cautious with their new liquid cooled engine. At least 1-2 years should pass for us to analyze its reliability.
If you want to do more off road then take the upcoming adv 390 rally or else adventure 390 SW is a very good bike as I own one. You don't believe I am getting 34-36 kmpl mileage . 1st service cost - 1811rs 2nd &3rd service is 2400 & Paid service is max 3k which is less than a honda shine service cost.
Make sure you don't rev hard above 7k rpm when bought new for the 1st 1000kms. Use XP95 only for reliable engine life. Before buying you should know that some engine repair or valve clearance will come at 60k km & above.
Repairs are damn cheap. Adjustable suspension is a bliss man learning to tune the perfect setting for your weight. Don't expect a perfect vibe free machine as this is a single cylinder. Stock crash guard are good no need for after market heavy crash guards. If you want to change the exhaust don't change it without changing Air filter & ecu reflash Or fuel x is much better for remap.
I am from hyderabad. Next I am planning to buy a sport tourer kawasaki 1000 sx.
