Ingredients:
500 g flour (type 405)
20 grams of yeast
250 ml lukewarm milk
3 tbsp flour
30 grams of sugar
30 grams of butter
1 egg
30 grams of honey
pinch of salt
Guide:
250 grams of cottage cheese
200 g 30% sour cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 egg yolks
100 g dried grapes
For smearing:
1 egg + 1 tbsp milk
Bake: 170°C / 338°F 40 mins.

Eine schöne Variante zum Nusszopf, danke❣️Gunter Becker möchte noch Streusel drauf. Nehmt für die Streusel weniger Mehl, dafür 30 g Haferflocken, das wird noch viel besser. Gruss zum Sonntag aus der Schweiz😇

Schliesse mich der Beschreibung an, mir gefällt die ruhige Art der Köchin sehr. Was mich allerdings umgehauen hat, als ich die Koch- und Backformen der Marke STAUB gesucht habe, die Preise sind ungemein hoch. So teure Utensilien kann sich nicht jeder leisten.

Hmmm... lecker, gefüllter Hefezopf. Meine Standardfüllung und heiß beliebt bei uns in der Familie - mit Butter bestreichen und mit Zucker und Zimt bestreuen. Bei uns zu Hause war das dann ein Zimtstrudel.
