- In this 2 Pt. series, we are touring the NEWEST luxury communities to open in Lakewood Ranch, FL. We are taking you through Wild Blue as it is still being built. We will also be telling you about all of the custom builders who are currently building their model homes.
Then we are showing you the newest community by Homes By Town, Shellstone. This community just broke ground, so to show you a more finished product by driving you through Lakehouse Cove, which has already been completed.
Last but not least, we are showing you the drive to the beach from this part of Lakkewood Ranch, Florida. We are going to drive through Sarasota so you can see what that actually looks like, then go past St. Armands Circle and head to Lido Beach.

Lido is my favorite! I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Lido 2 years ago, and I thought it was magical. I never ended up venturing to Siesta because the beach is just as nice, but much quieter, and there was still so much to do over there. I hope it stays that way. Thanks for the driving tour!
