Florida Nationals 2024 - Day 2 - 400M Finals and 100M Finals

I appreciate the talent in this meet because the performances rival regional and and state FHSAA performances.The meet moved very fast almost too fast. But it gives the athletes a certain level fatigue experience for those running multiple events. I believe having even one meet like this helps gets them ready for the next level.
While focused on the 15-18 division, the 4-14 division has some incredible talent, such as an 11 year old running a 12.8! Just don't see that everyday. I may record the younger group next year because we will be Congratulations to Kennith Martin in his 100M, 200M, and 400M sweep and his signing with FAMU, my alma mater. Wish him the best.
