In a perfect world, both parties would be present or have knowledge of the policy, yet we live in a world fueled by greed, envy, and cutthroat morality.

It was said in another news story that there were guys breaking into cars and the restaurant owner started shooting at the perps to get them to leave and they shot back and killed him and another innocent man that was driving down the street with his family.
