Interesting that you bought half armour on the enemy bonus round. I would have thought that is one of the exceptions to using half armour as the enemy team is more likely to have specters/not rifles. Not saying the half armour strat is bad, just in certain senarios where they dont have full rifles the advantage of light armour deminishes.
I could see Guardians getting more use as double body shots killing light armour while keeping the one shot head shot could be valued higher than being able to spray with vandal/phantom. Also you would have high pen without the high cost of something like the odin, though I have seen teams like fanatic using the odin to get chip dmg using the odin to punish any teams trying to use the light armour strat agianst them.

stupid question but why did u decide to insta knife a on the pistol, I though I remember u saying that initiators should generally hold their scanning util on pistol round because most teams 5 man. unless its because this a high elo lobby thing where early info would benefit the team due to the fact that teams tend to prefer the lurking or defaulty approach?

Knife isn`t only a recon ability!
On Fracture, info is very much important. Let's say, for example we hear them entry A main, we still need to get info on potential lurk/flank at A Dish or somewhere in B. So, I would love a recon used for that.
Moreover, ZERO/POINT is a suppressive initiation ability, which when combined with other utility, allows for easier fights since all the enemies have is their gun, and without utility, they cannot be supporting each other when fighting for 8 s.
@@mihirx27 but like I said, most teams on pistol rush 5 man anyways, hardly need info for that. secondly if u argue that its about suppressing enemies, its jsut better to save the knife for when u know they are coming. UNLESS its a set play where u suppress enemies and call for your team to push main. otherwise jsut save the knife for when u know where they are. of course on another round use it how u want.

@@PicassosCat They're the distance for flashes being thrown with left click! You can ping the floor at the point you want to flash specifically, and then see what the meter distance is between you and that point to determine what the easiest way to throw a flash there would be. For example, if you ping the floor and see that it's 40m away from you, you can determine that running forward 5 meter and then throwing a running flash above the ping will place it perfectly on the ping.

Hey hooj i have a question about your only one role rufe for reviews. I Main sova and play only Him on every map except Split and fracture. I hate fade so i dont play recon on those 2 maps. Does that mean i will never get a Review from you? Love all your content it helped me out a lot

What's ur rank? Below IMT, team comp doesn't really matter so just pick Sova for Fracture or Split, IMO you will still be decent (learn some tech from Jonas too maybe)

I can't remember what day it was, but few weeks back Hooj reset his PWEA Google sheet and nuked a lotta names off the list for being outclassed by the other names. Fakeananas was then added to flash initiators' lists, and that's how hoon learned a lot about fakeananas (it's my guess, I'm not claiming this as bonafide truth)
