- It's Anaconda Day...and no not the one in my pants.
Since I have reviewed the first Anaconda, which I do enjoy, I decided to post all 3 reviews of the 3 sequels today (all recorded on different days).
First up is Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid.
Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid (also known as Anaconda 2: The Black Orchid, Anaconda 2: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid, or just simply Anaconda 2) a 2004 horror-thriller film and sequel to the 1997 film Anaconda. It was directed by Dwight H. Little and was released in the United States on August 27, 2004. The plot of the movie entails a group of explorers looking for a sacred flower that they believe will bring humans a longer and healthier life, or maybe even cure cancer. The origin of the giant anaconda of the first film is also explained. The movie was followed by the made-for-television sequel Anaconda 3: Offspring.
I saw this one after Anaconda, and I ended up not hating it, but at the same time it is still not nearly as decent as the first film..has some really horrible acting at points..and some questionable CGI, as well as a silly plot IMO. I actually ended up really liking Johnny Messner's character though, and he was the main reason why the film wasn't a total loss. Solid review of a mediocre flick.
If you listen to Johnny Messner's voice and the way he's looks, you can tell he would've been way perfect for "Max Payne" then Marky fuckin' Mark. I remember when I was playing the games, i actually thought that he voiced max payne and that they modelized him for the character. I was shocked to leaarn that it wasn't him who voiced him 'cuz he sounds actually like him. I hope he plays max payne in a reboot. even other people on youtube said he should've been max payne......

Nice review matt, this was a halfway decent sequal to 1 , they(3&4) only get worse lol,and thats because of the cgi for me,they seem so much crappier and more low budget then the original.
I never get tired of hearing that solid music from The Dream Master. Never take that out.

Hey, ramboraph4life, I enjoy your reviews, there are pretty good, I would like you to review a movie called Bastille Day (2016), I would like to know what do you think about it, even if it's a rant, please.
I thought that flick was pretty so-so/forgettable. The only good thing I remember is Idris Elba and that's it.
Movie was dumb as hell
They should of listened to jack
All because they wanted to go home they literally ended up going to get the flower anyways then they All could of survived and went home rich , smh dumb as hell that aggravated the hell out of me
