Hey guys, I love your videos and find them very helpful. I fish for sharks in the surf that usually weigh between 40-150 lbs but occasionally 200+ lb sharks are caught. I use heavy spinning gear (quantum boca pt80 for example) and a heavy action surf rod. Do you feel a shoulder harness with a spin strap would be a good idea?

chillin'out 30483048 . I use bucket harnesses, usually a black magic fight belt for heavy spin tackle mate, (up to 100lb braid on saltigas and the old 9500 and 8500 penns. )Makes a huge difference in the back and shoulder pain department after a long day on the sticks. Allows you to lean back and take a few second breather, which is awesome in a long fight, or if youre in desperate need of a slug of beer. Those aftco spinstick harness wraps are worth their weight in bloody gold. Buy one, you wont regret it.
