- Time for another video from Bobu and Han Meimei's last trip to China. This time, we take a walk through some dream-like scenery next to the West Lake, and arrive at Hangzhou's best restaurant (apparently). It just so happens to have a Michelin star, and is quite hard to book, but somehow we managed it.
After finding out what Michelin Star food in China tastes like, we go to watch one of the best live performance stage shows in the country, if not the entire world: Impression West Lake, directed by legendary director Zhang Yimou.
So, go grab some food, get a drink, sit back, relax, and take in a dinner and a show with us!

Place the serving chopsticks on the edge of the dishes, so guests can see them and won’t forget ( not necessarily for each dish, just a few pairs of serving chopsticks) .since they are for serving, guests can use them for any dishes on the table

The fruit at the beginning that looks like a big orange is a pomelo. It has more juice than an orange and has a fresh smell. Cities in southern China like to use it as a roadside tree.

It's perfectly acceptable to use just one pair of chopsticks throughout when dining with families or friends, but don't poke around at the dish with your chopsticks. That said, use the other pair when picking food for others. Great video; the foods were exquisite, must have cost an arm and a leg!
