The judge should've held him in contempt for 30 days then have him brought back after those 30 days to see if he had an attitude change.

That was an in-person court hearing, so where the heck was any form of bailiff????
If that judge was removed from the bench it wouldn't necessarily have been a bad thing. She totally failed to do her job and send that guy to cells for an extended stay.

The FACT that they are allowing this idiot to get away with behaving like this in a court room, is a clear demonstration of how much the justice system is failing! This guy should have been arrested and jailed for contempt after about 30 seconds!
