Believe it or not but I guarantee you if you go through a full cellular detox it'll help clear up your mind and get rid of all that waste and plaque and tar on the inside of your arteries seeping into your bloodstream inside of all that is the addiction it's one of the best things you can do keep it natural stay disciplined and respect the process.... Like any disease it cannot live in an alkaline body.. the mind body and soul are all connected this is why you must treat your body as a temple it will help keep you centered and give you discipline upon discipline... It's a lifestyle change that you need my friend and it can be as simple as you allow it to be stop thinking in the mindset of what you can't do and what seems impossible and just get to the doing as time passes the progress will Mount upon itself and you will be living out the fruits of your labor you can be your own personal rehab literally loving yourself back to life physically.. do the work do the work do the work and when you feel like you're finished product do the work on staying sharp... Everything you want in your life is on the other side of hard if you keep these corny ass quotes on the forefront of your mind and post it everywhere and purposely live those things out....
