Younes, I said it. A 0-0 draw against Wolves is always a good Omen in the Tuchel erra. When Tuchel first came, we drew 0-0 with Wolves. The next game was a 2-0 win against Crystal Palace. Next is a run of Cleensheets.

Saul was in last match and today he played brilliantly. Glad to see improvement in him. I'll gladly wait to see improvement on him.

I agree. Sarri challenged him with greater attacking responsibility. He struggled initially getting into that role but he's a lot more comfortable now.

We only missed our midfielders(kante and kova). Lots of people started complaining about j5,alonso and even Mount immediately we lost our midfield. At the start of the season Chiwel and James didn't even start but we still won and dominate with that midfield of KANTE, J5 and Kova. It's all in the middle.

It was in Brentford’s favour to win the game, but they had countless chances to score and they just simply didn’t. One thing we’re doing better is defending better against counter attacks- we’re not allowing the opposition to just run straight through us. Despite the circumstances we’re 3rd in the league & still in five major competitions. Think everyone’s overreacting, also quite naive to say we were winning the league without surviving the December test.
December always was the chelsea's biggest obstacle in winning the league. Even when we won the league under conte we had an awful December. if we can keep pace with Pool and City and beat therm both in jan we are back in business

Saul had his best game so far, Alonso was great also. Kova is class, Kante made a difference when he came on and Pulisic played better when he moved to the left. Sarr impressed and Chalobah is Chalobah. We need Tchouameni, Icadi on loan and Maehle for LWB/RWB💙💙😇

Azpi is a mistro he isn't the pacey type of player but he plays smart and is hard to out dribble at times

I was waiting for this show to pop up after this unexpected victory and the way these newly introduced youngsters played their all with hunger at least satisfied me.
MOTM for me was Chalobah, key point: he took extra seconds off moving the ball around at the back with swift passing.
Kepa seems to have more confidence than Mendy right now, sarr played well, chalobah man of the match for me, kante great as usual, kova looking better, Saul great again , vale looks promising and did better than mount who was invisible today, pulisic looked better when given the license to drift to his favorite left, Alonso and aspi were average , age is really telling on them, James solid., possession we did fantastic but in attacking we are still clueless, We move
I think Azpi and Alonso actually did well. I also don't think you can be too critical of the attack when there's clearly no striker on the pitch. Brentford were tough to break down as well.

Antonio Conte left Chelsea as one of my all time favorites with Ancelotti. The club didn't buy him Lukaku and Van Djik but some garbages. Conte will always have special place in my heart ❤️. Honestly my review of the match is that I was impressed with the performance of the lads especially the young lads from the U23,I feel it's time we start incorporating them in the main team. More thumbs up to Kepa for saving us and taking us to the semifinal, with that performance I will not be worried in January when Mendy goes to AFCON.

I am very happy in todays game against Bradford. This was a must needed win for Chelsea in order to move to the next stage. Kante and Jorginho partnership in the midfield is like Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal. I am anticipating greatly to see Antonio Conte back at Stamford Bridge. This is gonna be tasty because he come with team that we as Chelsea despise and that is Tottenham Spures.
Chelsea need to more deceive players to be able to play down the middle of the field like kante did today. Cause every player we have just like to run down the wings or the safest way and then Cut in with the ball and lose it.

The Liverpool game won’t be moved it’s on the 2nd of Jan (Sunday). We play the Semi final on the week of the 3rd of January so most likely Wednesday the 5th.
Saul was good tonight, has kept showing improvement.
Also, I just wonder, the way kova keeps dribbling, can pulisic learn from him, it would make a world of a difference.
Third, I just hope chl get hazard on loan, as Lukaku needs someone like hazard to provide him those assists (albeit Lukaku didn't play, but even for mount and whoever plays upfront)
And finally, hats off to the academy players, well played, but I am just confused as to why TT never gave them more time. Not fair.
