I agree!! BUT, Theres shoe repair stores/tailors that can mend and or restore broken boots or shoes. And If someone can afford $800 boots, they can definitely afford a shoesmith... 😅
On their website it clearly states no returns 😓😓😓😓
The boots are awesome! Take them to a shoe repair and have them slit the back of the boot so you can actually wear them. And they can fix the heel.

My personal theory is Kim and Kayne got it "on" somewhere naughty" then cleans she cleans up and the only place to put jiz rag is in boot. It explains the broken heal,why in the boot- body makeup can transfer
True . I don’t own any pair of shoes that cost me $800. I bought one pair of boots on sale ( for $ 200+) that was originally sold for about $600 or $700 . But I did try on many pairs of shoes that is sold for $1000 -$3000 and some of them were unwearable. Total garbage with huge price tag.
Boots that are too small for Laura’s little leg shouldn’t be sold.
You could take the boots to a leather specialist and have a gusset put behind each knee and repair the heel.
I feel like these boots are a lost cause 😭

Love when you do these clothing purchases. The skirt and two tops adorable. I have to tell you bought the new palette on launch day and I received it within two days! I’ve been wearing it every day since then and have gotten multiple compliments. I love love love it!!!!!

I stuff my boots/ shoes when they're not being worn. It keeps the leather from creasing. Long-term creasing can cause the leather to crack. I don't use dirty cloths, lol.
