Hello! Thank you for your video - it's a very helpful primer to prep for playing this game tonight. I think you did a great job going over the different gods and and actions available. I felt like your explanation was straightforward and succinct. One thing that would've been helpful for me is circling back to how to build metropolises/win the game after the gameplay explanations. By beginning the video with how to get a metropolis, I didn't have enough context yet of knowing what a temple was or how to get philosophy cards. I had forgotten this near the end, and had to rewatch the opening to figure it out. Thank you!

One question nobody I kkow could conclusively answer is, during the bidding, even with the discount from Zeus cards, can you still only bid so many coins as you have in your supply and get the discount after that or can you effectively bid your max coins + the number of cards you have. e.g. I have 5 coins and 3 Zeus cards, can I bid up to 8 and pay my 5? Or can I still only bid 5 and get the favor for 2?

hi, may i ask how is the bidding process like if it is 2 players? does the first player puts his offering immediately after placing his first player or puts his offering after the 2nd player puts his 1st offering?
Hi Bryan! At the beginning of the game, it would be random. After the first round, it would be according to the order assigned from the previous round (the order in which the chosen gods were resolved). So, there may be times were the same player gets to bid twice in a row. I hope this helps! - Axel

Would you recommend the Hades expansion? I'm not interested in Titans just yet because from what I've read, the Titans expansion adds too much combat. Thanks! And great video!
Thank you for the kind words! You are correct about the Titans expansion. It does focus on the combat. The Hades expansion its a bit more miscellaneous. It adds a bit of combat alternatives, but more importantly, it adds heroes and other mechanisms that will expand your paths to victory. I would recommend Hades for sure. I am considering covering the expansions in future videos. What do you think?

Unfortunately, no. You would have to pay 1 GP for each of those places. Every time you pay the movement is allocated to a single stack of ships, which you can add or drop ships during your movement. I hope this helps 👍

Can I use my 3 fleet movements in different places on the board for my 1 GP?
Unfortunately, no. You would have to pay 1 GP for each of those places. Every time you pay the movement is allocated to a single stack of ships, which you can add or drop ships during your movement.

I feel some important rules are missing, just can´t remeber.
I don't think that's how it's pronounced. You gotta Cyclades nuts.
Hate to be that guy, but Greek words get pronounced differently. The game is pronounced "sick-la-deez"
