First visit to your channel and I was impressed by the way you calmly dealt with those coppers. Very pleased to see the guy who hated being filmed was filmed particularly whilst he carried out an illegal search of your bag. I’m told some people dislike the police, I sometimes understand that viewpoint.
I need you to listen up. The copper at 22:25 committed an illegal search. You had already been advised the search was complete , given details of how to get the search record and asked to leave. For him to legally search you he would have to readvise you of the grounds for a search.etc. It's a new and separate search.
Well said cause the search of him was lawful and common sense for them to want to search given the situation but for me when they searched the bag after finding nothing on personal search and not giving reason for searching the bag is unlawful and questioned the phone for the second time after he already unlocked it prior on the pin unlock claiming a shared phone 😂
And the shop owner was taken away in cuffs because the cop, clearly a Tyrant, suspected on some undisclosed source thought there were unlawful material in the shop. Crap.
Why did the police bring in a massive black case if they are conducting a search. They should Defford NOT be taking anything "into" a premises which they are about to search other than a sniffer dog. There could be anything stashed in that case and when you leave who knows what they could plant.
So according to that copper anyone who innocently enters a shop for a legitimate reason, and is interrupted by a police raid is automatically considered a suspect., and will be searched.
