Absolutely gobsmacked at how well that label applicator works.
I've been in the label industry for the last 14 years and I honestly thought that I was going to be in for a giggle.
Then I saw the old steel rule and thought whoah hang on here he knows what he's doing and was sat amazed drinking a bottle of Vacant Gesture whilst watching.
Well. Done I applaud your fantastic contraption and ill be showing this to my colleagues in the morning 😁👍
Hi , this design looks awesome! Is possible to share the design, the link on the description doesn't work.
Amazing. Love this build. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm going to try this
A lot of Norwegians have the cannular can seamer, and many of them have had problems with it...
Mostly calibrating the seam... a lot of frustration on forums and Facebook.
The October worked perfectly out of the box
I bought a cannular a couple weeks ago and can say it gets the job done. Cheaper than any other canner out there and it works just fine. Check out Kegland's RUclips channel, they have a demo video and a very in-depth how it works/maintenance video.
They can also be friendly with brewtubers, so contacting them directly might be beneficial 😉
October design sl1 works a charm :)
Our homebrew guild bought one, so all the members can borrow it...
Fill the can with a beergun or a counter pressure filler,....
Well done, can help a starter business to speed up labelling till they get semi-automatic or automatic labelling machine(mostly in developing countries). Kudos! God bless
The Oktober 16v2 is really well built, but it runs about $1900 and that's without Over seas shipping. I'd suggest looking into The Cannular Seamer. Does the same job, maybe not quite as feature rich or bomb proof as the Oktober, but i believe there's Uk Distribution for the Cannular. David Heath got himself one and gave it a thumbs up in his review.
Your label done by hand is better than most our our 35 year old commercial labeler, ha!
Man I like your jib 😊 brewing aside, its really funny
harry, i know its an old video and you probably have a motorised commercial one by now but ref the distance from the bottom of the bottle you could remove the section your using for a bottle stop , extend the base and set up a horizontal nut and bolt through it system, just turn the bolt in or out through the nut to have a user friendly / adjustable stop point
Some good wrist action there dude! Well made and the bottles look great! Cheers
Thank you for the awesome idea. I will make one.
Thought you were building Santas sledge then for a moment Harry ;-)
Hey Harry, nice tool that You built there. I am a label printer for bottles and sometimes my customers ask me for solutions to apply their labels with ease, I will definetely suggest to them to watch this video, thanks
Cool, thanks
Hope all's being well with ye? Hope your Mam is doing well? Glad to hear you are looking into a canner for new year,I really hope you get one and can start exporting those beers, would love to get my hands on some. Cheers.
Harry congratulations for the video, I will do!!
Wow 🤩 Creativity 👍🏾 Interesting 🤨
Absolutely fantastic especially for cash strap wannabe brewer entrepreneur. Thank you for sharing. Where do you source your label?
What a helpful video......cheers Harry....
Oktober seamers apparently are kick ass and also can use a variety of cans.
realy it is very nice and very low cost, thank for the video
Made in 40mins?! Legend
Amazing job, any more brewery tours for the new year?
Yippee, a new video, Cheers 🍻
Hi Harry, I was going to where you get your bottles from and where I could bottles aswell? Plastic with cap for juices etc ... looking start small business
You think you’ll ever get your to the states?
I’d love to try a few.
Is it possible to have, by paying, the entire project on pdf with all the pieces to be cut with precise measurements, and the assembly diagram? Thanks
Easy. Chip. Good!
Omg.. genius
Brilliant
Good Day!! Where do you get your roll of labels made? What did you use to design the labels?? Thanks Mate
The only thing I am not sure about is the height of the blade vs the height of the bottle so that it comes off paper and onto bottle.
It did work well, I use an MT-50 these days.
Hi guys, great video, thanks for sharing.. Anyone can share the blueprints for this? Regards.
Great work, Kindly make it automatic in future
Any chance of getting some of these mail order down to that London in time for Chrimbo?
Could you use this for cans?
Thnx
Weldon 👍👌
Could you share the diagram with the measurements? please?
Could you share the molds of your labeling machine?
Think this would work for 330ml cans?
Oh yeah I meant to say that if you remove the steel rule and put something more rounded it will cut down the drag on the backing paper but will still release the label from the backing paper.
Franco
I will try rounding it off on the linisher, cheers mate.
Who do you use to print the labels?
can u also make for hexagon jar?
Like your machine can you make it for flat bottals
