I have a lot of respect for Uncle Sendi when he speaks about topics of this nature in relation to the Diaspora. He is the encloypidia of these kinds of topics.
Sendi has a tonne of experience and narrates well when it comes to the Diaspora.
    Salute 🫡 Uncle Eddy!

Okwekumira kubantu is very important one of the reasons I love batt badru he was always there whenever I needed someone to talk to 😅😂😅he didn't even know what I was going through but the fact that he was always there to listen and at the end he didn't know me or any of my family members it was very easy for me to open up unfortunately he travelled to South Africa and we lost touch but later he connected me to muzimbe who helped me alot now I can say am doing great 👍 👌 Batt am so greatful you were there for me even you not knowing may Allah reward you for that

Uncle Ssendi you're so right. Ugandan's abroad need to hang and vibe with each other. This is why we have the Kampala Night in every state abantu bafune ku vibe with fellow Ugandans. Social Depression is really felt abroad especially the first few years after you leave Uganda. Eno you don't even know your Neighbours, buli omu ali mu kukola ssente ate nga bwezigwawo in bills, sending $$ to ug etc and the cycle repeats.
Exercising increases Dopamine (pronounced doh-pa-meen) and endorphins (en-door-fins). Makes you feel good and temporarily cures depression.

Atte Abazungu beeno abasinga don’t want to befriend us but they talk to us just to see if you’re needy so that they can help you and then go talk to their friends or churches on how they helped a black person. When you’re well off tebakwagala bcoz how can you be better than them who see themselves superior…. I won’t forget how omuziina gwo muzungu gwasanga in a store where we pay membership to shop naye ssebo gwasooka kumpa black cup cake mbu talina kulya black chocolate to give to my daughter gwo negisigaza white cupcake nensilika 🙄 then when we reached the parking she drove her old mukebe car then came back to my parking space and vomited mbu God has told her to give me 20 dollars, kyoka nga my car was like 10 times more expensive than her scrap car… I wondered why didn’t she give that money to someone who looked more needy cz she had already drove off..bamanyiira🙄🙄🙄 nze banange.
Naye kyoka after seeing the racism in these countries I remember nti naffe euganda tulina okusosola and it should stop that tribalism cz when you face the real one that’s when you know

Then if they pay cash while giving them change they even don't want to do body contact even though your wearing gloves but for me I don't care the good thing am in their country for a reason and season so I don't care
