    R290 seems to get very cold with a low side pressure tested at the compressor at 30 to 40psi. Is that normal?

      Yes r290 is more better than r600,
      But very highly flammable

      I understand, both are hydrocarbons and very flammable. It's my favorite refrigerant so far. Cheap and very effective.
      Is there a general rule as to what a good high and low side pressure for r290 or is it absolutely dependent upon the system.

      Suppose I'm using R134a and my cooling requirement is -10C. So in this case can you tell me just in general what will be the evaporator and condenser temperature?

      @@arjunmohod6886 your evaporator inlet temperature should be -19 ⁰C & Evaporator outlet temp: near to suction of compressor should 17⁰C
      While your Condenser inlet temperature should 60⁰C to 65⁰C and your Condenser outlet temperature should be 30⁰C ~ 32⁰C.

      There is no such a formula for capillary tube sizing, but capillary tube depends on your both condenser & evaporator coils & mass flow through both coils

    I am building something from parts and my own tubing. I think its a 1\5 or 1\4 horse power compressor. I'm ising a few large freezer condensers to make sure there is enough cooling. Im using 200ft of 3/8th copper line right now and it works. I dont know the stock size of the capillary line. some was cut off when taking it iut if the freezer.
    I don't know what size capillary line to buy. I want is as cold as r290 will get but more so concerned aboit heat removal speed. Meaning if it will get to -10 or -20 F, thats plenty cold. I want something to freeze as fast as possible.
    Is smaller diameter capillary line higher condenser pressure and lower evaporator pressure resulting in higher evaporator temperature? I don't care about cost that much.i care about how to make something very cold and a lot of heat removal ability.
    Smaller diameter line or larger diameter line please? Ask me any questions needed. I really need help. Very much appreciated if you can help. This is going to be something that no ones else does commonly. Very custom build. I can explain if you want to know.

      I'm not sure what time duration means unfortunately. The minimum temperature is between 0 fahrenheit but preferably -10 F. I can build all of this myself, I just don't know what capillary diameter and length.

      The purpose is for recovering warm solvent that is traveling back to a holding tank. The holding tank is what is being chilled and frozen. Utilizing the effect of high pressure to low pressure to passively recover solvent. The solvent is heated in a chamber and boils off. Then, goes through cooling tubes on the way back to the solvent tank. The more heat removal the faster the solvent will recover. If I could keep the solvent tank at or near 0 fahrenheit while recovering solvent that is around 70 degrees Fahrenheit that would be optimal.

      Brother agar service etc sab teek hai, pir to AC ka grill temp: teek hona chahye,,,
      Leken pir bhi agar koyi AC ka grill temp: barh jata hai to uski koyi na koyi waja to hogi, wo waja talash karni parti hai,,
      For example, gas kami, outdoor fan speed, indoor fan speed, outdoor ventilation teek hai ya nhi,,
      Agar sab kuch OK hai to pir AC ko grill temp: ok rakna chahye ...

      Outdoor indoor se 3 ya 5 minutes ke baad islie start hota hai ke,
      Jab AC OFF ho jata hai to usss waqt outdoor ke condenser me high pressure refrigerant jama hota hai.
      Ab agar Bijli Jane ki Surat me ya kisi awr waja se split AC OFF ho jaye awr pir fori pir se start ho jaye to compressor usss high pressure refrigerant ke pressure zyada hone ki waja se start nhi Le Sakta,
      Islie ye 3 minutes ke baad OFF hota hai ke 3 minutes waqfe me pressure indoor awr outdoor me equal ho Jaye.
