This one of my favorite Christmas songs. (I love everything Queen so there might be a bit of bias.) I had a good Christmas Eve with my amazing grandchildren. Unfortunately, it didn’t include my adult son who is estranged from his sister and had a recent falling out with his dad, He is invited to spend Christmas Day with us but, at this late hour, has not responded if he will come. We have gifts, food and love for him but don’t know if he will show up. Unfortunately, the hope of this song doesn’t resonate with my family but I remain hopeful and love the song no matter what. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
