The colour of literally everything you were looking at is just insaneeeee. So vibrant! I must see Fossil Canyon some day... I'm a fossil nerd. Looks like such an amazing trip! Patagonia is a dream.
This trek in estancia looks so cool. I took the short day trip to the estancia and now regret it! I missed all the fossils. You can also hire transportation from El Calafate to El Chalten that stops in the middle of the journey and takes a detour to another estancia and see and touch tree trunk fossils. You go on a hike through terrain filled with them. I did that only because my friend insisted and it blew my mind. So worth it! I had never touched a fossil before. But I can't remember the name of the company.
I LOVE YOU&CHRISTIANS VIDEOS......I thought it was awesome...you went with your dad.IM DISABLED,BUT iI would love to do something like that with my daughter.#props#hiCHRIASTIAN
@truet trusler awh thank you so much!! I'm very blessed to be able to spend time with my dad, at home or traveling! Christian will be back in about 4 videos :)
We went in February! estanciacristina.com/trekking/ this is the website. It looks like it's around $280 starting price. I don't remember exactly what we paid back in 2020.
what a cool experience, thanks for sharing. I haven't heard about this boat/4x4/trek in my Patagonia research...now I'm trying to figure out how I can carve out another day in el calafate, but I would have to sacrifice a day in El Chalten. :(
One of the highlights of our Patagonia trip! I totally understand not wanting to cut time from El Chalten 😫 are you doing the trek to the base of Fitz Roy?
@@AshleyandChristian yes, both Fitz Roy & Cerro Torre for sure. To help prep for the w-trek. I am giving myself 3 days in El Chalten as of right now & hopefully will pick the best weather day for Fitz Roy.
Hi Ashley! I’ve been binge watching your videos because I’m heading to Switzerland and Argentina this year, and you’ve helped me a lot with my planning. Thank you very much for the details in your videos and it’s such a treat to watch your videos with the great views. May I know what camera you’re using? Because I would want to have something where I can vlog with but also zoom in cause that’s what i noticed when you zoomed into the flying condor.
We have some amazing Patagonia videos posted! Watch our playlist here: ruclips.net/p/PLB8bBzwI1TQcLDcFt6rJzs_pEDyX37LCl
