If you get a trailer I suggest not going with the Burley Travoy. I've heard that many people have had issues with the pin for the hitch snapping from wear. There's a company out of the Netherlands “Radical Designs” who make a trailer called the “Cyclone IV Chubby” that has fittings for Bromptons. They attach lower, providing a better center of gravity. They are also expensive, but you can kill two birds with one stone because you can actually use the trailer as a rolling travel case for the Brompton that fits like a glove in the Chubby's footprint. The only caveat is there's only one US distributor (that I'm aware of anyway) “Freedom Folding Bikes ” based out of Colorado. Congrats on your purchase and happy ridding. Cheers!!!
I like the Travoy, because it’s easy to fold down into a compact package. Meaning I can take it into a grocery store with me, and not have to worry about rolling it around. I can unload into it outside. Also, storing it in my condo would be easy with the Travoy and won’t take up much room. Thanks for watching and I appreciate the kind words! 👍🏻
