Donal is mentally ill, hugging him and giving him cuddles is not going to solve anything. Every time he starts to screech and scream walk away from him. He thinks screaming and screeching will get him what he wants. You have to show him that is not so.
Babies grow up sooner or later. He may be a baby, but I don’t know anyone who could give him attention every second of every day. If he needs that kind of attention send him to a sanctuary, you can see how he acts out if she just puts him down for a few seconds he has a screeching temper tantrum and never plays.
