Please don't worry about him because as long as he is inside Canada no issue.
If he planning to come India to visit you then please tell him that make sure that he has TRV for the new Work Permit.

What would be the average processing time for lmia work permit? Booked biometric slot on January 2022. So after biometric how soon we can get work permit and visa.
Is work permit included in visa??
It depends which stream of LMIA. However most of the LMIA based work permits are eligible for 2 weeks processing if you submitted the application along with upfront medical exam report otherwise it will take more time.

For my husband he already finished LMIA process and his bio matrix too...and now it's been 6 months....it's till showing under process like background verification... We didn't get passport request till now we are waiting for that..... When we contact agency they told because of pandemic it's getting delay..... So what should we have to do? 3. Under which Stream of LMIA ( GTS, High-wage, or Low wage)?
4. I have little confusion about the Medical and Application submission date. Usually, we will submit the application along with an eMedical receipt.
5. Application submitted by you or any Approved immigration representative?
My friend Work Permit timeline:
Submitted the application: Aug-12
Biometrics request : Aug- 16
Biometric submitted : Aug-30
Passport Request : Sep-16
(all the dates or +/- 1 or 2 days)
He received the passport last week with stamping.

The immigration asked us to submit all the documents and then after verifying, they will send them to embacy and then we will be called or book appointment for biometric. Is that is right??
Yeah you have to provide all the documents as soft copy along with medical test report to your immigration consultant then they will submit online application then you will receive biometrics request

In which document can we find the LMIA type? I am not sure about my type, I have submitted my documents and medicals to the immigration team, it has beeen 3 weeks, still we did not get any update. When can we expect? Also from the mail sent by the immigration team to submit the documents, it is mentioned that we won't have LMIA number for now, which will be generated only later during the process.
You can find your type in LMIA approval doc, but usually employer may not share that doc but they will share LMIA approval number. You can request your LMIA approval doc to your employer or attorney you working with. Thanks
